• 6/10/26I would never wanna be that person but two of the cookies were very warm and I had another one that was ice cold the ones that were warm were undercooked very doughy in the middle just not very good

• 4/28/24ordered a double dash order and Christian got it to almost a half hr earlier than the expected delivery time. order was complete and the crumbl cookies were still in perfect condition, down to still being centered in the box, no cookies touching eachother, and icing still intact.
