I'm starting to get to know Carl's Jr. as my reliable consistent fast food go-to place. Their 4 burger Mix & Match Family Pack is always good value, especially when a promo code drops. In terms of quality it has a slight edge over pretty much all the other fast food burger places. Their sides here are quite good, so I always just use this place as an excuse to indulge a little when I need to take a moment out. When I want to go burger-focused, I order Burger King instead. Carl's has a decent set of staple burgers for the mix and match pack though. The famous star burger is basically a rival to the whopper.

The family pack was a pretty good deal with the discount. I have to admit, the burgers ACTUALLY were about as good as the photo. Again, the standout feature item is the jalapeno poppers, for sure. I do kind of hate that they use fountain drinks though. That's so outdated, especially for home delivery. For an order like this, I'll eat half of it the next day, by which time the drinks are no longer good, and I have to dump them down the sink, which I did end up doing.

First time trying this chain. The jalapeno poppers were quite good: better than supermarket ones. The poutine was about half the size you get from some of these chains, and I really don't like how thin their fries are. Not the best. The waffle fries weren't bad, but they steamed a bit during travel. The burgers were fine. Pretty average overall: nothing to write home about; nothing to cry about. Would consider ordering from here again the next time they have a promo.

The burgers, chicken and chicken tenders were great. The fries were cold and soggy and the portions were on the small side for a medium

Best Hand-Breaded Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich Combo ! They always put extra honey mustard sauce for me when I request it. 10/10 always good, never disappointed!
