Fried rice w shrimp is poppin. Also the scallion pancakes were hella crispy

Crispy Tangerine Prawns were not up to usual standard this time. Prawns were tough, stringy and overcooked. Sauce was rather bitter as well. Normally this is a good dish there. I was dissapointed.
