Maybe it's my fault for not realizing this is pretty much fast food - the price may have been a hint. Got the Brushfire burrito and the Damn Good Tots - 1/2 . First this burrito - it's the size of a taco. Some bites had a delicious delayed heat. Some bites had no heat. Burrito and tots both underwhelming.

I am from Texas and have eaten torchys many times and we love it! This torchys needs to get it together. My queso was missing the chorizo and was chunky. My scallywag taco had a shrimp that was all batter and no shrimp. We have eaten at the location in Hamlin and it was great. Avoid this location at all costs!

The steak was really chewy and hard to eat in the Grande Burrito. They should cut it into smaller pieces of something. It was like pulling out 2 inch steak strips you had to chew for 5 minutes... also I like spicy stuff but if you don't like spicy then it's kinda on the spicy side. The queso and everything. They didn't include my salsa I paid for too.

Ordered a burrito bowl with brushfire chicken and was disappointed. There was 3 tiny pieces of chicken and it was ice cold. Not cold just from delivery which is normal, cold like right out of the fridge not ever warmed up. I've had the taco version that was delicious and warm. Not sure if this is regular practice for the bowl.

Many missing items. Items we did get were overpriced. Not worth the price at all. Tacos were small. Salsa from a jar. Everything, and I mean everything was spicy! If your palette isn't good with spicy foods you're best moving on.
