This is the Full Pound Sampler and I'm sure there's more then a pound there. The sides are coleslaw, blue cheese and bacon potato salad and jalapeño cornbread. They were fast the food was delicious and I was able to get it delivered to my husband's semi truck at a nearby truck stop.

Fire It Up BBQ never disappoints! The food is always flavorful, the portions are generous, and everything tastes fresh. It’s one of those places you can count on when you’re craving good barbecue, and I’ll definitely be back.

Fire It Up BBQ did not disappoint! Everything arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and every bite tasted like authentic barbecue. Definitely a spot I’ll be ordering from again!

The pig out family meal was great and plenty to eat for everyone with leftovers. The meat was great as well as the sides.

The only complaint I have is the Smoked Wings were small and dry, almost like they were overcooked. The BBQ Nachos and the BBQ Spud were amazing! Will definitely go back!
