I was really looking forward to my Crumbl order, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality this time. The cookies were poorly done—either underbaked or unevenly cooked, which affected both the texture and flavor. Crumbl usually does a great job, so this experience was unexpected and frustrating, especially considering the price. I hope this was just a one-time issue, but it definitely left me dissatisfied. I’d appreciate more consistency in the future.

A mess every time :/ they would make the cutest gift but the way they are so messy and nothing like the photo is horrible

The churro cookies is definitely my favorite and a must try.
