It was obvious that the chicken had been sitting around for a while, (it was dry and stringy). I asked for all dark, but received a mixed order. It took almost an hour for my order to arrive. And it was supposed to be spicy, but I have never tasted a bland spicy before, yuck!

my chicken strips weren't hot , they also came hard and tough , like they had been sitting under the warmer the only thing fresh that I had was the fried okra

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a 4pc buffalo boneless wing and they ended up giving me two spicy chicken sandwiches. They are old and neither are fresh. I would like my refund back.

My 5 piece tenders was not in the bag and my bag was not sealed how it supposed to be plus the door dasher didn't text me back not once
