I've been waiting for this restaurant to be on DD for a long time. Their hot and sour soup is tangy and great. Their food is high quality and I would highly recommend it.

I have been ordering from this restaurant for over 15 years
Today I ordered their war wonton soup. It had one piece of shrimp, one piece of chicken, three wontons and one piece of broccoli.
When I called to speak to a manager, the woman at the front desk would not even facilitate my call. She just shut me down and told me I needed to call DoorDash.
I suggested to her that DoorDash does not make the food l, that Grand Panda does.
I was simply looking for one refund. I haven't asked the facilities for anything in 15 years. Feel like the place is going downhill. Poor service.

This should have been Tempura Shrimps. We received what looks more like breaded shrimp. Filling in Crabmeat Cheese Wonton is almost non existent. This restaurant used to be my go to place for Chinese food.

The WALNUT SHRIMP was out of this world!!! So glad we each got an order!! Everything else was droopy and wilted even though it was delivered very quickly. We would still go back again and again for the walnut shrimp!!
