We started eating too fast to take pictures, but believe you me, the NEW ORLEANS GUMBO was to die for. It is full of stock and a compliment of rice made this dish perfect. The WATERMELON SLICES were ripe, cool and refreshing and finally the BBQ Rib Tip BBQ RIB TIP APPETIZER were a plus. Plenty of delicious tastiness. Customer service was definitely on point, thank you. I will order/dine here again.

Sides were okay. Gumbo was actually very good! The bbq chicken and brisket were what seems to be cooked via cremation. Both were SO dry and overcooked. The aluminum pan they came in was even bone dry, no juice or nothing, just sad dry chicken jerky. For $100, it sucks the whole star of the meal was inedible :/. Portion sizes are pretty good. They are generous with their Sides and biscuits/butter (maybe to wash down the jerky meat). Upsetting as I usually dine in and enjoy it.

This place seems to have gone downhill. Food used to arrive at least warm and tender. With the tri-tip they used to include a cup of juice but haven't the last three times. It was cold, hard and dry. Pretty disappointing as this used to be a favorite. The watermelon were three tiny slices the smallest being about a 1.5 inch triangle of actually edible watermelon and lastly the missing one of the requested biscuits.

The beef rib was tough and under cooked . The chicken was undercooked both meats very bland. Veggies were hard and bland . From 1 to 10 I'd give it a 5 . Because the portion was nice service was nice and presentation was very nice

the meat on the ribs was minimal and like leather, the sides weren't big enough for one. 45$ for bones and scraps
