• 7/6/26I order from here more than I'd like to admit, and they are consistently excellent. The noodle dishes are obviously the stars - either dry noodles or soup. Sauteed veggies are also excellent and flavorful.
When delivered, noodles need a bit of rejuvenation (hand pulled noodles never travel well). I pour a little hot water from a little over them, and they come apart easily!

• 4/22/26BEEF POTATO RICE土豆牛腩饭 was just beef - hardly any potato and 2 pieces of onion. SMASHED CUCUMBER拍黄瓜 and SCRAMBLED EGG were drenched in sesame oil. Not a great meal and I honestly wish I'd made it myself.

• 1/2/25The LAN NOODLE 兰州牛肉面 was absolutely delicious - I loved the clear (and therefore light) broth that I could still request as spicy. The wide flat hand pulled noodles are so good! The soup was still hot (and noodles were packed separately), though not piping hot. I'm sure it would have been hotter if gotten at the restaurant though! The spicy option was also not that spicy, but I do have a high spice tolerance and they offer an extra spicy option. Highly recommend!
