• 5/14/25I did the BYO Small Bowl and everything is absolutely delish. Im in the area on business and just had to order for the second day! The Cold Pressed Lemonade is so good. I'm not a lemonade person but would drink this over and over!!

• 3/11/26My steak was salty, the kale had a bitter taste, and the chipotle sauce had a weird tangy taste. The chicken was dry and tasted sour and the sweet potato was not cooked all the way. Way overpriced for the amount they serve and the taste.

• 5/31/26The food is ok. The Mac and cheese tasted rotten and spoiled. Second time ordering it and same thing happened. Ordered teriyaki chicken and it was absolutely swimming in sauce. Like fully submerged. Too overpowering and extremely salty. Would not order again.

• 11/3/25Vale is the very best in delicious, nutritious dishes.
I loved my bowl. Turkey Feta meatballs, roasted sweet potatoes, basmati rice with curry mustard sauce.
Just perfect!

• 6/20/26chicken tastes okay, rice and broccoli were dry and overcooked. also not enough sauce it came with the tiniest little cup that was barely enough to even taste on the food
