Best ramen in Oak Ridge. I always get the 8. Braised Beef Noodle Soup especially when sick and it's perfect every time. I also love that it comes like a DIY ramen kit so it tastes really fresh and is still pretty.

The best Chinese I've had in 10 yrs. Everything was delicious that I tried- pork egg roll, crab rangoons, lo mein, general tsaos and the beef and broccoli. Portions were excellent, great value. Super fresh. This was my first time ordering and will be back to try the Ramen and other menu items. 10/10!!

Food delivery is always a crapshoot. And Chinese to boot. But hands down, this has to be the best meal I've ever ordered anywhere of the dozens and dozens we've done. First time trying Hongs and it was ABSOLUTELY delicious!! My order arrived on time and very well packaged, no mistakes. Everything was still hot and ready when opening. The food ACTUALLY looks like you hope it does! Fresh, not greasy, flavorful without being loaded in sauce and salt. Our soup, noodles, orange chicken, spring rolls, and rice were perfectly cooked. Generous portions too (large soup however only feeds 2, just a side note). Highly recommend and will definitely buy from here again. Delicious!

I wanted so bad to like this as I love the restaurant (first time ordering delivery) but they gave me 6 pieces of chicken, most small and they were soggy. The rice was 80% of the container/meal and it tasted old. I'm glad it was the lunch special, I would have personally drove in for a word had I paid full price + delivery/tip.

Best asian food in oak ridge, cant beat it. Food was just as fresh as it is at the restaurant and i almost couldnt finish my Hibachi Shrimp & Scallop. I will be back soon!
