• 9/15/26We have a LOT of hummus and middle eastern, this was legit the BEST and creamiest hummus we have had. Everyone loved it. I've tried probably 100 metro Detroit hummus, many other cities. This beat any. Amazingly good. I would absolutely get them again and they probably will be our go to.

• 11/16/23Never had my sandwich come in a box like this! Food is delicious and packaged well. Great price for the Falafel (4pc) and the sandwich is excellent. The Saj Chicken Shawarma is not very garlicky but the chicken is good quality pieces.

• 7/20/26Saj Alreef has the best hummus we've ever had. The flavor is deep and rich. The tanoor is outstanding, and very authentic. The chicken mandi is a standout dish and a must-try if you've not had it before. The chicken is seasoned perfectly with a bit of smokiness, cooked to perfection, and sits on a bed of beautifully fragrant rice. There is a spicy sauce or mixture that comes with it, possibly zahawig, that is the perfect compliment to the smoky richness. The portion is very large, and easily provides a substantial meal plus lunch for the next day or two. Saj Alreef is definitely one of our favorites, we order from them several times a month.

• 7/31/26I've always really liked the food here but this is the smallest Beef Shawarma Sandwich I've ever gotten from anywhere, ever. The good is tasty but their portion sizes have gotten ridiculous. I won't waste my money on such a small amount of food from here again when you can get equally good food from so many other places in the area.
Also ordered the small appetizer sampler and it came with no bread at all. Thanks Saj.

• 1/10/25The packaging is literally beautiful, but the food is absolutely amazing! I got the Saj Chicken Shawarma Sandwich which was perfection. The Chicken Lemon Rice Soup was so fresh and delicious!
