• 4/22/25Food was cold...not the restaurants fault. Everything still tasted pretty good. Plenty of chicken on the chicken nachos. It is a shame the restaurant did not read the request to please include sour cream... probaby won't order again. Maybe it is better in person

• 4/28/26the beef was really good, cant wait to try the pollo. the tacos were plentiful tasteful and tender unlike alot of street tacos in st. louis. Probably my favorite taco place so far. pickled onions were a good choice because they added a good sourness to the whole meal. fresh as could be.

• 1/12/26very good food the chicken was fresh everything was fresh, I could smell what they cooked the chicken in idk if it was a broth but it was amazing, I could taste the peppers onion and chicken broth, the tomatoes and lettuce were fresh and they put your sides into a small container.. a lot of food for your money you wont be disappointed

• 10/21/25So, I have sat here trying to think of the perfect compliment for this gem of a restaurant. Here goes: I have eaten at the place once for a late lunch with my wife-and the sweet people that work there said Oh, we are bringing a special Margarita guy(sorry, can't remember his name)and he made my wife the best margarita she has ever had. In fact, it was the best one I have ever had and didn't even get a taste of. I drank Corona. My wife drank her Margarita and we proceeded to eat the best Mexican food in my opinion in ST. LOUIS. However, I already knew that because we found this place via door dash and it was the best delivered food I had ever eaten on door dash. The compliment is that it is just as good delivered as in person. The compliment about that special margarita I never got to taste. Well, you can ask my wife, but put it this way-she will not be ordering the "SPECIAL MARGARITA" again in my vehicle. However, if you are a little more "seasoned drinker"-feel free to order the big one at your own risk.

• 10/18/25I keep coming here because it's convenient and so delicious! Love La Catrina too. The Steak Tacos are my favorite and everything else is also amazing for sure! They have lots of different places to park including the rear entrance if you can't do stairs. I've taken my family here many times when they come to visit and we always have great service at an affordable price with leftovers! Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food in a cute part of St. Louis. Try the fresh salsa or Pico De Gallo. And definitely cheese dip. Always cheese dip ;)
