Spicy CA Crunch with Avocado topper is fantastic. Best Sushi in Idaho for sure. Maybe the best I've had anywhere.

We had The Crunchy Philli and The Philli .
Both were made with rice paper bc we don't like seaweed. Both were wonderfully delicious although I would have liked it rolled tighter . Would definitely eat at this place again.

This was more in line with pre-made sushi that you can grab and go. The rice was cold and didn't seem fresh. The rolls were really large but it's because they have double the rice layer. Almost looks like a spiral of rice instead of a ring of rice. The toppings on the rolls were tasty and fresh.

I love Idaho Sushi. The food is so fresh, extremely great tasting, and authentic. The portions are great too. I've had their crunchy tiger, California crunch, and shrimp rolls. Haven't had a bad meal ever.

I got the nigiri Nigiri Sampler 6 pieces sushi quality itself was mid and I don't like the rice to fish ratio
