Tso is my GO TO! We’ve eaten here many times and it’s always amazing. The food is delicious, they know how to get that "restaurant umami" flavor in their dishes. The service and people are super kind. We will continue to order here, especially since they’re open at great hours to meet late night cravings.

I really appreciate the care in sealing food orders protecting them from tampering but for the extraordinarily high cost of the meals they are not consistent at all. The combination fried rice was good but I only got two shrimp this round. The veggie power greens were a soggy mess and insanely overpriced considering what I got. And the sesame balls were cold and served squished. The container was undamaged but the balls were squished as if someone pinched each one purposefully as they were being packaged. It was disappointing.

my first time trying Tso's and it was absolutely wonderful. I ordered the beefMongolian Beef (which had the most delicious and tender steak), and the Walnut Shrimp which was crispy and sweet. So impressed with everything and the cute packaging. Definitely filed under my favorites!

Food was cooked and crispy but had absolutely no flavor. Sent in quality packaging with decent portion sizes.
World Famous Blue Crab Rangoons were overfilled with a sweet hinted flavorless filling. It was just too much.

I definitely received a mash up of mine and someone else's order. I ordered General Tsos Chicken Not Spicy and received a spicier version with broccoli added. I also got an entree of orange chicken (maybe) that wasn't part of my order. Luckily I got my soup and rice. The soup tasted great and was a good temperature. Same for the chicken (they give you big pieces). I think I got the better end of the order mix up deal, but I think more attention should be taken in making sure the correct orders are packed up before being sent out. I'm sure whoever is missing their dinner is disappointed.
