I think they got the order right but this Italian beef sandwich was as far from Chicago's as the east is from the west. Bland grey meat, no cheese, the au jus was like soaking my grey beef sandwich with warm water. Zero flavor, this isn't a Chicago Italian beef. The fries were decent after I reheated them in my air fryer for three minutes, but this wasn't a late order, our driver was very quick. The fries too were flavorless at first. I really wanted to like this place.

I love the beef sandwich, burgers and fries there the best, my issue is the $10 Cesar salad that's the size of a side salad with no croutons either. I've given you 3 chances with this salad but had same result. I have no issue with a $10 nothing but lettuce salad, but fill it up bro.

That burger was awesome. Reminded me of the old spangles chili cheese burger and those wings were good and crispy

The exterior of the wings were really good, however, the chicken was a bit dry. Size of wings decent. 3.5 stars
