to start our burgers were all wrong & looked like a 5 year old made them. the buns were hard along with the fries, & the meat was burnt. i also payed for 4 sauces & ketchup, we did not receive any of them. super disappointed especially since my order was over $50.

This is petty but has been an issue the last several times I've ordered from this Whataburger-- I love yalls fancy ketchup. I put the effort in to request is specifically. I end up only getting a single spicy ketchup EVERY time! I also got a meek half full order of fries.

I've had better burgers from Mcdonalds. The fries were bland and soggy. There were more tomatos and lettuce on my burger than actual beef. Never ordering from whataburger in cullmn again.
