• 6/25/24Just got the Bun Bo Hue and it was very disappointing.
They packed the noodles and the broth all in the same container, so noodles were soggy and makes any sort of reheating less than ideal.
The description was inaccurate, it does not include beef brisket or beef shank, just a tough flavorless cuts of meat that are cooked beyond salvation. Find this dish elsewhere.
The Diet Coke was the highlight of this meal.

• 8/3/24Mixed shrimp, pork, chicken beef and veggie crispy noodles are my go to from Tu Lan. It's difficult for me to try other things becauseirs so good. The veggies are fresh, the meatsnd shrimp cooked just right and light garlic sauce that's not too heavy. I appreciate that Tu Lan wraps the food and thai ice tea container with plastic wrap so that there are no spills. I willorder again, for sure.

• 8/27/24I love this place for the bun thit nuong but they should seperate the broth and the noodles with the 7. Hanoi Style Beef or Chicken Rice Noodle Soup (Phở Bò / Phở Gà) It came to us soggy and absorbed all the broth in the noodles.
