• 3/7/26Excellent Persian dishes. Smoked eggplant sublime. Grilled baby marinated lamb chops are great.
It takes hours to make Persian rice.with all the steps. They clearly take the time and know how to do it right. The fluffiest and most moist white rice ever. And the one with saffron is sublime. Have some rice which had the hot grilled lamb placed on it is a WOW. WARM fresh lavash is perfect. Lots of fresh mint heads and thick slice of raw white sweet onion lets you customize perfect bites.
Now must try the other eggplant dishes, some stews and a dessert.
