The Red Velvet Bundt Cake is in one word AWESOME! I wish it was a bit larger, but it is rich and the piece that I initially cut off, I could only eat half of it as it was that filling. The cake would be Awesome without the icing. The icing gives the cake a second layer to the tastebuds leaving a superior taste and a smile on my face. My birthday was last month and I have never had one without a cake, but this year being by myself I decided it was an expense I didn't need to take on. I live on a fixed income and I can't afford to indulge myself like I did before my spine has left me unable to work, so I have to justify to myself if the expense is worth it. Since my birthday I have been craving a Red Velvet Bundt Cake worthy of being as Awesome as my Moms and even though there is no cake that could ever tie or be better than my moms, this cake came very close.
I am glad that I saved up to purchase this Red Velvet Bundt Cake and celebrate my birthday (be it alone), a month late. The only thing I would change is the 'chocolate chips' sprinkle inside the sponge part of the cake, but it wasn't that many. Whenever I decide to buy another cake, it will definitely come from 'Nonthin' Bundt Cake' as they have definitely impressed me and anything that I eat from a bakery or a restaurant, I always compare it to my mothers baking and cooking. My mom was the best at anything made in the kitchen and I am not just bragging because she is my mom and I feel compelled to, but seriously she was an awesome baker and cook who often made desserts and meals for those who asked.
If you ever are in need or just craving a Cake, I would definitely recommend'Nothing Bundt Cake' for you to entrust that special dessert.

The cakes are always delicious, but I was struck by how small this 8" looked. Really small. I actually took out my measuring tape and sure enough. It was barely 7". And that included the frosting! That was very, very disappointing. Food is expensive enough these days. I expect to get what I pay for. Nothing Bundt Cakes, you need to do better.

Honestly nothing bundt cakes used to be my favorite place growing up...now..Idk whats going on...my White Chocolate Raspberry Bundtlet had a grainy texture and the lemon cake was salty....but was light and fluffy
