THE STEAK IS DONE AS I WANT, TOMATOES ARE FRESH, HANDMADE CORN SHELLS, FRESH LETTUCE, EXCELLENT CHEESE (ON TOP). NOT "NEW MEXICAN," STYLE, CALI AND MEXICAN L.AM RAISED STYLE. NO HEAVY LARD EITHER IF AT ALL. I ASK FOR EXTRA GREASE 😆 & I GET IT! GOTTA HAVE THE PIL! EACH CHEF (I REFUSE TO SAY COOKS) DOES IT SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT AND ITS STILL AMAZING 👏. Chicharrones are always crispy and red chile has good flavor but isn't spicy. Burritos are large and tasty. Food is always packaged very well!

were from Los Angeles and spent 6 years looking for the best tacos to remind us of home. While there's no perfect place, this place is now our favorite for being as close to a match! if you like some grease, a crispy but homemahome-made shell and perfect blend of two cheese, try the ground beef with potato and the Carne asidadae over done on meat request (we like it crispy) burnt). the salsa is too strong for us cauc girls but it is homemade perfection for those searching hot salsa from scratch! we will be regulars here berthed do great tacos. my only request would be to add a mild version of salsa and maybe cotija on the side ..the potatoes are done different here but nono complaining!

Ordered the 13. Chicharron burrito with a Sopapilla. Everything was great. Sopapilla was big and delicious. I recommend for sure!

Tacos made with hamburger and pot were delicious. The tosta had beans cheese lettuce and tomatoes. Always freshly made.
