Fantastic tasting food for a great value! The enchiladas are tasty and you really can't go wrong with either sauce. The guacamole is fresh and creamy with a bit of a kick and you get a hearty portion of chips with it. Definitely ordering from here again!

Rocio's is BY FAR the best Mexican restaurant in the Portland area. I have yet to find anything better! The queso dip alone is phenomenal! It is SO hard to find queso dip at all in the Portland area for some reason, and not only can you find it here but you also find the best! Love, love, love this place!!

Tres Leches Cake was very good. Queso, Rice, and Beans were okay, but too salty. I imagine they'd be better if you're buying alcohol too. Agua Fresca tastes good, but comes in a plastic bowl, so it's a bit hard to drink. Chicken Enchiladas were fine, but a bit bland. They mostly just tasted like tomatoes.

Overpriced. Chips were stale/soggy. Refried beans and rice were overly salty and seemed like they been overcooked and were dry. Tacos were huge and seemed Americanized.
