Ordered Salad and all there was was like 10 pieces of lettuce and very dry spicy steak on there.
Also ordered kids quesadilla meal and all there was in carton was a six inch cheese quesadilla with 3....3 small pieces of chicken in there. Not worth the $ at all.

I paid over $18 for this Burrito Bowl and it was horrible. They only filled up 1/2 the Burrito Bowl, the rice was as hard as rocks, they gave me 5 pieces of carne asada and none of it was fresh. Then one of my entrées (another +$16) was missing. And the Side of Queso Blanco was burnt and not filled up all the way in the container. Chipotle is definitely starting to skimp on their portions and raise their prices.

No cheese in the Kid's Quesadilla's. It was all melted and stuck to the wrapper.
The Side of Queso Blanco tasted odd and different from previous orders.
We've given this location many tries but I don't think we will be ordering again.

This is our second order this week that has been incorrect. Double check was not double, no fajita veggies on the bowl as requested, and the side of chicken came in a super small cup that they put sour cream in. I paid $40 worth and received maybe $25 worth

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Can you imagine being pregnant and craving chipotle and somehow they manage to mess up your ENTIRE order? Forgot all the topings and gave me a bowl with rice, beans, 2 pieces of steak and fajitas. I couldn’t even eat that because the ratio was 90% fajitas to anything else in the bowl and honestly it was nauseating me. This location ALWAYS messes up my order, but never this much, it’s always one thing or two. But definitely it was the sign to never buy here anymore. I had to go in person to the Lafayette chipotle and order it to satisfy my craving and the bowl I had previously ordered went to the trash and the online system only refunded me 3$ while I paid 12$ for it. Also bought chips and Queso! The Queso never came. Absolutely DON’T go to this location.
