• 12/14/24The restaurant had not even started the order when the dasher got there. The machine was down. Ordered a Caesar salad but got Italian, ordered a 12" Gennaro pizza which is supposed to be Italian cheeses and meats, olive oil and tomatoes but received a white pizza with bacon and French fries on it. The other pizza I ordered was not well done as specified and had pepperonis which were not supposed to be on it. On top of that, last time I ordered from them they completely forgot to give a whole pizza to the dasher and when we finally got it 2 hours later, it was cold. Will not be giving them another chance.

• 9/22/25Usually love this place but they gave us a fish fillet sandwich instead of chicken, which was an unwelcome surprise, and completely left out the cheesecake we ordered. Really disappointed this go around.
