Chips are consistently stale and/or missing entirely. Rice is dry and over cooked, tortillas are stale, the food quality is terrible. Staff seem to indifferent to any issues, and Matt, the manager sounded hungover and unsure of how to handle his duties.

I just love the food from El Chaparral because it tastes like authentic Mexican food. Oh those refried beans and enchiladas, yum. On my last order I didn’t get the two corn tortillas that I ordered, so I just chalked that up to being busy making that good food!

After living in Mexico for 2 1/2 years, we are very particular about our Mexican food. This restaurant has some of the most legit and delicious dishes we found since being back. Always fresh and generous portions. I would definitely order again!

This is my second time ordering DoorDash for this restaurant where they forgot to bag my chips. Great food, just annoying having to drive to get the chips when that was the whole point I ordered delivery!
