the hot dogs and fries were great. the BBQ sandwich the top bun was really soggy and not edible. had to use loaf bread.BBQ Sandwich

First time using DoorDash for pick up and first time and last time ordering from The Dog House.
I placed my order at 5:49pm from the parking lot and see that they are not busy, received a text that my order was ready at 5:52pm thought cool that was super quick, I drive up to the drive through and let them know I am there to pick up and was met with it's not ready yet and I would need to come up, not a big deal the turn around was super quick.
I drive up to the window and sat there for another 7-10 minutes, not acknowledged by either of the 2 staff members (1 male and 1 female) before the female staff member opened the window. I said hi, how are you and she said nothing back and handed me my food without eye contact or anything.
When I had my food I said thank you so much, have a great evening and the door was shut. I have worked in customer service and I get it that everyone may have off day but when you're dealing with the customers whatever is happening in your life needs to be turned off so you can provide good customer service or at a minimum say hello and be polite.
I am making this review only public for management so you know how your employees treat your customers. The food was good but the service was lacking.
