Service is always impeccable, the owner always has boba pearls freshly prepared when you order, and the selection of flavors is wonderful. The classic black milk tea is my personal favorite.

My second time ordering boba from Jilly Jelly Boba and Snow and it was DELICIOUS!!! The owner working there were super nice amd you can definitely tell she knows her products. Next time I'm around Matthews, I'll definitely stop for another. I ordered the Japanese Hokkaido milk tea with boba!!! Same excellent service as always!
