it was honestly just okay. the chashu was more like packaged bacon than traditional chashu and was extremely thin sliced. I'm glad I thought to order extra. the broth wasnt as hearty as usual tonkotsu. in a pinch, it's okay. is it the best ramen? no. not for the price.

The shrimp tempura taste amazing but was slightly greasy, and I didn't like it so much the portion of the food was amazing. It tasted amazing and fresh. I probably would not order this again though.

Serving was small for $8 and didn't look like the photos. Also the ramen noodles were super hard and flavorless and stayed hard even after soaking in hot broth for a while.

This is a more traditional ramen. Not like instant ramen at all. The eggs are ramen eggs. The ingredients are fresh and the portion is decent with lots of thick noodles.
