Amazing sushi! The Shrimp Tempura was perfectly crunchy and flavorful. The shrimp was clean and yummy. I also got the Titanic Aburi Salmon Sushi Box and I'm so glad I did. It was so much food but so so so good. I will def be ordering again.

Gyoza cooked to perfection. Snow crab roll hit the spot and ninja roll is also very good. I am a fan of the miso soup as a beverage as well. I love having sumo express in the udistrict and the food here really does live up to their standards.

The Japanese Fried Rice is really good, but giving this store a bad rating because the sushi rice is grossly overcooked and mushy, and I ordered 3 rolls so that was a huge waste of money. The *Tuna Lover Roll(Raw)(Hot) does actually have a little spice to it though so that was a nice surprise. The Grilled New York Steak is also a little lacking in flavor.

Ever since I got to Seattle I've been looking for this Yummy Sauce that I've had so many times in my hometown back in Arkansas. Still just as good as I remember it, the N1.Japanese Fried Rice was also very well made and delicious. The sushi burritos are really amazing, I love them. I tried one with, I think, seaweed and lettuce and found myself spending more time picking bits of green from in between my teeth, the seaweed is difficult to chew into, so it was a slight bit unpleasant, but the roll in all was very delicious

katsu don was so watery it was like soup. the cup for the curry sauce was only filled half the way. hardly any veggies. their delivery method is awful and you can't track your order
