The iced vanilla chai is good but a tad sweeter than I had hoped. There's a cereal note to the drink which I think. Next time I would ask for this to be half sweet - that might be perfect. I also think there's a bit of cream mixed in - could that be listed in the ingredients? It's helpful to know what's in the drink.
It would be nice if the drinks were sealed so that there isnt spilling (nicer for the door dash delivery person and for the customers receiving the drinks).

This is my first time ordering from this shop -- got the iced cafe late with a double shot and heavy cream late. This drink does not tastes like coffee at all. Tastes like pure milk almost like they forgot to add the coffee. I get the heavy cream is overpowering but not to this extent.

Cold brew and breakfast burrito are so good! I do wish they'd put a cover on the opening of the drink lid for delivery orders just to make sure irs not tampered with

An inch or so of my drink isnt filled. Ive never gotten a drink before that was not full to the top I didnt get any sweet scream or foam of sorts so im a little confused....
