Thr Smashed Cucumber is still delicious! I got the House Made Belt Noodles With Meat and it took a bit getting used to the strong flavor. The meat was extremely tender, the sauce was spicy and the noodles were thick and chewy. A decent amount of broth was sent with the Tonkotsu Ramen. The egg was cooked perfectly and there was a generous amount of meat.

Everything I ordered was delicious, fresh and flavorful. The Steamed Bun was so soft and had lots of flavor. The Smashed Cucumber was cold, crisp and perfect. The Roasted Chicken Spring Rolls were fresh,well filled and delicious. This is my first time ordering and it will not be my last!

Great food! My friend and I tried the Vegetable Steam Bun and Steamed Bun with pork. Both come with chili oil and were delicious, fresh, and the dough wasn't chewy! Roasted Chicken Spring Rolls were not fried (more like a vietnamese spring roll) and served with a sweet brown sauce.

Very shareable meal! This had to be the biggest Steamed Bun I've ever had, the House Made Belt Noodles With Meat were spicy and full of flavor, and I'm so glad we added the Assorted Macarons. I got a strawberry one that was heaven. I will definitely visit in person next time! Thank you

Tonkotsu Ramen was very disappointing. Im not a stickler for traditional tonkotsu, im open to change and trying new things, but this ramen was just bad. The noodles were super thin and soft not chewy. The chashu was overcooked and tough to chew. Also, the broth was thin/light and barely drinkable because it just tasted like ginger and garlic. I wouldnt call this a tonkotsu ramen. The broth didnt have that thick silky mouth feel and didnt taste like meat at all. Dont waste your $20 on a bowl of ramen here. Better to just stick with Maruchan
