I had high hopes for the Luchi’s Chilaquiles but they were not great. My mistake was getting it delivered via DoorDash. It’s a 10 minute drive. They arrived soggy in a cardboard like container; a suggestion I have is plastic packaging so it doesn’t absorb the salsa. They also had a tiny amount of queso fresco; barely had any cheese on it so It was basically soggy tortillas and soft avocado slices that were not fresh. I tried them “divorciados” to get a feel for the red & green salsa; the green salsa taste better in my opinion. The egg tasted fake and lacked salt & pepper seasoning. This was one of those dishes I simply couldn’t finish because it was not satisfying. Luchi’s Chilaquiles have potential for delivery but perhaps a few changes such as plastic packaging and offering a “deconstructed” option where the salsa is packaged on the side and the tortilla chips arrive crispy. I also just realized the features beans did not arrive. I would not order again.

The food was amazing! so good and you get a lotbof good for what you pay for, this was our first time eating there and will definitely eat from there again!

We frequently have breakfast at Rockys and were excited to see that they're available on doordash, same quality, food was great as always
