• todaythe shrimp sauce being chunky and essentially tasteless is a big letdown. the "sweet" carrots taste like they were boiled in water with a sprinkle of sugar in there from a month ago (the carrots are see through in spots) the chicken and rice is essentially tasteless. I'll stick to Fuji or Katana for my hibachi cravings. H1. Hibachi Chicken Shrimp Sauce (4 oz).

• 1/18/26H9.hibachi salmon was really good with or without sauce. H2. Hibachi Steak was good but a little tough and a smaller portion for $17 and we paid $2 extra for noodles. For a late night hibachi craving or a few sushi rolls and appetizers yes.

• 5/16/26Hibachi chicken never disappoints. Always fresh, and a perfect temperature. The vegetables are perfectly al dente, as are the noodles. The chicken is moist with a pleasant texture. Very filling and delicious! Will definitely order again.

• 8/8/26Shrimp sauce is chunky and the teriyaki chicken seems to just be seared. It's gooey on the inside. Terrible for the price of $100 for 3 plates. Would not recommend, chicken is going to the dog. The chicken without teriyaki seemed to be cooked as when you pull it apart it's not smooth and gooey it shreds like it's actually cooked.
