• 6/12/26I've been ordering from the same store for two years and lately the portions have been cut in half. My daughter burritos was no bigger than one you would get from Taco Bell. Usually they are huge and should be for 15 dollars. I got the burrito bowl and that was also a let down. Seems the quality has gone down significantly.

• 4/23/25The Worst 3 tacos that I have ever received from Chipotle!!! I ordered (3) Chicken tacos, soft tortilla, sour cream, cheese, tomatoes, fajita onion mix, and lettuce. I need to add...that We go to Chipotle Very Often and have never been this disappointed.

• 1/8/26If we spend $50 on fast food I would appreciate at the very least the chips not be stale. Food was not worth $50 next time I'll go get a steak from rice works for the same price.

• 7/23/26Paid extra for double protein and my bowl was half the size of what it usually is in store. Also my girlfriend's Burrito Bowl was significantly bigger than mine with only one protein option.

• 5/17/26Got a large guacamole and the "large" chips were like a quarter of the bag. Can't imagine what a small is. My burrito just wasn't good. Not very flavorful, plus they didn't put my queso I paid extra for in. ): Really disappointing all the way around.
