Chicken Tikka Masala and Garlic Naan. Can't go wrong. So very tasty. Always generous portions and the taste is 10/10. Def worth the price premium if you expect quality. This is the best.

utsav great as always! Lamb Phaal hottest dish in town. Paneer Makhani10/10, and they made it mild for picky non-indian eater.Sabji Platter great, always made well.Hot Pickle my favorite, order from utsav solely for hot Hot Pickle many times, it is that good! Vegetable Samosa great. Garlic Naan best around. love utsav

Taste wise decent dish, however the portion size for 25$ is laughable. At first Ithought they forgot half my rice, nope just what they give you. Id say if youre ordering this to order a side of rice, dont see it on the menu though

Flat out the best Indian food in the Hartford area. Slightly more expensive than other restaurants, but worth every penny. There's not a bad dish at Utsav. Everything they make is the absolute best version of it. 10/10

Most of the time I love this restaurant. By far the best Indian food in CT. However, it is hit or miss. It's either amazingly good...or it's bland and flavorless. I was incredibly disappointed last night after spending over $100 on three entrees and Naan, only for it to be a strange bland dish. Definitely hit or miss.
