first time trying rachel's, my food was warm and because of the food that i ordered, i was nervous that my fries would come soggy but they were crunchy and delicious. would definitely get again!

Very disappointed. I paid $17 for their FULL portion? A handful of lettuce and three pieces of chicken? Go to Altons in Cheektowaga instead.

Overpriced. Steak Kabob Dinner was just fine. Hummus had a weird taste (and I love hummus, first time in my life that I had a bad one). The sauce on side tastes like nothing. I will probably not order from this restaurant again.

Very disappointed in the $7 Fresh Garlic... it is a very TINY cup. All the other sauces are $1.50 for same size.
