When our food got here, the bag was open, which was an automatic throw off. Then, after we started eating the chicken, all of it was either raw or undercooked almost all of it got thrown out.

The chicken was extremely dried out and looked like it had been sitting under a lamp for two days. The french fries were good.

We ordered the Queso Bacon Chicken Sandwich Meal and the description says, "smothered in queso". All 3 sandwiches barely had any queso at all! Very disappointed for our first experience.
