The ButterBurger® Cheese Value Basket was extra delicious! The fries were crispy and golden and the cheeseburger was really juicy and full of flavor! Whoever cooked that burger was above average (burger not overcooked)

one of our burgers was soaked in grease. couldn't even eat it. the burger patties on both burgers looked like it had been pounded out so thin that it was falling apart. the cheese barely held it together. then comes the concrete mixer.... the pieces only went 1/3 of the way down into the cup. the last 2/3 was JUST ice cream. no pieces of the mix. i get it's the end of the night but i ordered an hour before close. this is just laziness and taking zero pride in their work. sad

my butteburger was plain when I ordered ketchup mustard and pickles and the Onion Rings were all breading with no onion

The food was delicious as usual. I didn't receive my ranch cup which I know is just a ranch cup but I did have to pay for it & I was really looking forward to it with my meal.
