Salmon can be tricky but this fish is so fresh. You can see it in the color. So good!

Sorry but the fish has no taste and I asked for shrimp tempura however got battered shrimp. Neither have much taste. Disappointed for sure. Even the fries are a strange tasteless.

Cilantro yellowtail was tasty. Needed a little spice imo. Overpriced a bit.
