ABOUT Z'ABBRACCI
The Name, indeed, 'ZA' is short for pizza and 'Abbracci', that is Italian for 'embraces'… since that is what Italian family's do - we embrace and we eat great food.

The toasted ravs are VERY DELICIOUS! My husband is from STL, so we always ordered them whenever we see them as a menu options. The majority of the time we are disappointed - as they don't measure up to the STL toasted ravs - but these were by far the very best we've ever had in Colorado. Must try!

Pizza was great but the salmon was WAY OVERCOOKED and the cake slice for ten dollars was a tiny child's size

Ordered a pepperoni and cream cheese pizza, but only had enough cheese to cover 70% of it. Times must be tough, but I expect more from a $30 pizza. Otdered it for guests, and they all laughed. Terrible.

Ordered a 10" cheese pizza and customized it by adding herbed ricotta for $1.50 more. Not only did we use a measuring tape to measure the pizza at 9" (10% less than expected), the pizza came with ONLY the herbed ricotta. (This was not a substitution - it was an addition.) So when our 9", $19.50 pizza arrived with only sauce, a sparse drizzle of herbed ricotta, and some sausage, we felt cheated.
To make matters worse, our "side salad" ($6.95) contained the following: 26 pierces of lettuce (yes we counted) two cucumber slices, two cherry tomatoes, and a small side of dressing.
Would not recommend.

It's hit or miss here. The Stout Braised Short Rib Risotto was good - quality meat and risotto consistency and flavor, but there was no gravy/sauce as advertised. The Italian Beef was a total miss this time, where previously it was awesome. I ordered the sandwich wet, but the beef was dry. The Giardiniera was not chopped, just sliced chunks, which ruins the sandwich. I chopped it myself to something a bit closer to a relish, like the way I received my first order. Basically, my experiences say avoid on weekends, unless you're dining in.
