They need to start covering their drinks over the straw spout that's not very sanitary to leave that part open and especially putting a straw inside the drink please if the company is reading this cover the straw hole with some kind of seal other than that I love the juice and I've been drinking it for a long time

Order was over an hour late so I called the store asking about it and they rather yelled at me saying my order was too complicated hence why it got pushed. When it arrived it was all melted contradicting what they said about "just preparing my order" when I had called them. Very disappointed in the quality and service.

Way too sweet, really far from a true Acai Bowl! Both of my orders were wrong, one came with a white sweet cream -- so robbed! solution was was a $5 gift card.
