The Fried Shrimp PoBoy was not good. The shrimp was over fried and over battered so sandwich was just very chewy. There were like 6 shrimp that were fried stuck together. Just a huge nasty mess. The batter also tasted sweet as if they fried something sweet in that oil.

It's unusual for Dots but today was a bust. Missing items, wrong items delivered, food was nasty (cold lumpy Grits, etc). Eggs wasn't cooked correctly.... not the usual good food we get from this location.

The store was extremely helpful. The manager and the employee did a fantastic job on my order. It was delicious. The food here is always fantastic but the employees are an added bonus!
