Brown Sugar tea was weak and flavorless. The waffles were alright but the tea was so disappointing why would I bother? Also, submitted pick up order 10 minutes away. They hadn't even started it when I got there. Kid was just sitting in the dining room doing nothing. I can see why it take 20-30 minutes on average for a pick up order.

#4 Thai tea Creme Brulee was bland and watered down and the Avocado 🥑 Ice Blended seemed like it was made from avocado powder, not real avocados. Crepe was good though.

I wish the Dragon 🐉 Peach 🍑 Ice Blended was a bit sweeter but it was still yummy~ the boba and mochi were soft too.

the Dubai Chocolate cup is 🤢 Nasty...not Worth it...can do better! and the Booba is very Hard and Chewy...not soft how it supposed to be...
