The Brown Sugar Vanilla Frappe was good, however, I didn't realize their boba was clear? I also ordered the Hapa Haole Matcha Milk Tea, which was probably the worst drink I've ever had in my life. I even added Thai walls to it, but it was somehow still awful.

I was glad that they honored my request for light ice. Other establishments just ignore this request most of the time.

the drinks were made wrong. they wer missing boba, sweetness levels were ridiculously to sweet even when indicated. Vietnamese Milk Coffee was missing thai walls and boba. Hokkaido Milk Tea was missing ice cream. Brown Sugar Milk Tea was too sweet. Avocado Smoothie missing boba. Taro Milk Tea missing boba. worst service ever and there was no rush on the order. a newer business that just opened did much better than one that had been open and established for a longer time.
