It does not state anywhere that you will receive a prepackage, previously frozen slice of cake. We ordered two different slices and when they arrived they were still partially frozen. Once they fully unthawed they were mushy from the frosting melting and the cakes were stale. They were disgusting. For the price, you get a rather small slice of cake. The photos are extremely misleading.

Cake slices are pre-packaged and refrigerated. I got the Fudge Cake Slice and the Red Velvet Cake Slice. You could tell they were not super fresh, and the fudge slice was even a bit stale.  The portion size is decent, though.

I'm very disappointed with my the cakes I got. It's worse than a Walmart cake and cost twice as much. I wasn't expecting prepackaged frozen cake.

Red Velvet Cake Slice really wasnt good. Comes in a plastic packaging with no details or expiration date etc visible that i could see, just a brand sticker. The frosting was good but the cake tasted off. Thought this was a legit piece of cake not prepackaged shrink wrapped gas station food.
