This is one of those places you gonna hear get around word of mouth. BANGIN catfish and wings. Hot and crispy af every time. Somebody back there is putting EVERYTHING into this food and you can taste it.

I paid $29.99 for 2 pastas. Firstly, it looks like the advertised picture. The taste is like ramen noodles out the package. Each plate only comes with 4 shrimp. Usually the food from here is good but I'm highly disappointed.

The pasta is bland , sauce watery , seafood pasta with only 3 shrimp , 4 crawfish tails and 4 pieces of broccoli !! Highly disappointing for a bill that came out t be $45.00 I wouldn't order from here again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 1693 Red Zone, and let me just say, what an experience. I ordered the honey jerk salmon plate, and from the first bite, I was in love. The salmon was cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweet and heat. The seasoning danced on my taste buds, and the honey glaze gave it a rich, mouthwatering finish.
The vegetables were fresh and seasoned just right, a beautiful complement to the main dish. My only disappointment was the portion of rice. While everything else on the plate felt generous and satisfying, the rice was noticeably scarce. I was expecting a little more to balance the plate and soak up all those amazing juices.
That said, the overall flavor and quality still made it a delightful meal. With just a slight adjustment on the portion of rice, this dish would be completely top-tier. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

The "Happy Hour" BOGÓ Jerk Cheesesteak was a miss only because it is clear that the amount of meat for a regular cheesesteak was split between two buns just to be able to say it was two sandwiches. It wasn't a free sandwich, it was an extra bun. If it's a happy hour special, I wasn't happy.
