Quite possibly the worst 12PC Chicken meal I've ever received. The chicken was dry & old, it tasted like it had been sitting under a heating lamp all day, you can tell it wasn't fried properly as well because the crust was falling off of the 12PC Chicken, & it had a very weird, very odd smell to it, a completely indescribable smell. the Mashed Potatoes were so old that the gravy was turning into gelatin, & they package it so poorly & it was sitting under heating lamp for so long that some of the gravy was dried, & crusted up around the rim of the container. The Mac & Cheese was you guessed it! Old. Flavorless. & Disgusting. This was just an outright disgusting meal, of the absolute lowest quality. This location has been poorly staffed, & poorly managed for years now, it didn't used to be like this when I ordered for him back in 2017-2018. This was my last time giving this establishment a chance though. I won't be ordering from here again.

All my tenders were old and dry (8 in total), the wrong flavor and missing ingredients that are listed with the meal (jalapeños) I originally ordered a smokehouse combo but was told after my order was accepted they don't have any, so we settled in 5 extra spicy tenders, but those tenders were also old and wrong flavor.

Chicken strips were tender and juicy. The apple pies crisp. Soda was diet instead of the regular that was ordered.

You can't get better fried chicken at a better deal. Never had a single issue with my order.
