We have been wanting to try Potbelly for a while now and when we got it we were disappointed. I got the Italian and i added cucumber lettuce tomato's mayo oil and vinegar. The sandwhich was dry as if they only added some mayo, and they only give u a few slices of each meat. The bread to meat ratio is really scewed. And I don't think $5+ would be worth it to get just alittle bit more meat. Same goes for the Pizza Melt. The only thing that was up to expectation was the pot pie Chicken Pot Pie Soup. It was good and the crust topping has god flavor.

First time and my soup was hot and fresh. My veggie melt was soo good, it was new for me to have avocado and I loved it. I can't wait to order again and the price was good

Everything was mostly really good. Hardly any dressing on the sandwich so it was pretty dry. They left off the oil and the mustard. They also skimped on the soup by not filling the container all the way. Other than that it was okay.

Excellent Mama's Meatball sandwich. Potbelly has NOT disappointed me yet. It's my favorite sub shop with good customer service.

They were out of chili so I went with the Mac and cheese, that wasn't good and went into the trash. My sandwich had barely any meat on it and it didn't have the cheese I asked for either
