. Lots of Preserved Eggs with Jalapeño 🌶️ 皮蛋辣椒 - no spicy as requested. His zard Pickled Beans 🌶️ 酸豆角鸡胗 excellent with lots of gizzards !! Diced up and flavorful Smirk with Leeks 蒜苗腊肉 lots of leeks. Could use more smoked pork though. Very flavorful as well

Taste is great, the "regular spice" is not too spicy but it does have a nice kick. The smork tasted authentic and delicious! Portion is good, food are fresh. The green onion pancake is huge!! Most importantly, the dishes are not as oily or saucy as the other restaurants. Would order again!

Very inconsistent flavors and quality Some dishes were good such as the Human Smoked Pork, but others were not so good was as the Boiling Hot Fish Fillets 🌶️ 沸腾鱼片 which was so hot, you couldn't eat it. The Chili Chicken Wings 🌶️ 香辣鸡翅 was too dry, but the flavor was good. The Green Onion Pancake 葱发大饼 was a large loaf of spongy bread, and not like the traditional thin crispy pancake. For $17.95, it was waaaaay too expensive for bread. The Eggplant with Garlic Sauce 🌶️ 鱼香茄子 was very decent.

Ma po tofu very good. Cilantro lamb loved the heat but 50% of lamb meat was fat that I had to cut out. Squid dish spicy, nothing special

The food tasted significantly worse than when I had the exact same dishes from them a while back. The chicken in Chili Fried Chicken 🌶 辣子鸡丁 was overcooked and super chewy. Iron Pot Cauliflower Smork 🌶️ 干锅花菜腊肉 tasted bland and the smoked pork was too dry. I wonder if they changed the recipes or ownership.
